FAQ ❓

• How can the $100 monthly credit be used?
  • We’ll apply a $100/month credit toward your existing or new Business Edition license. This can be your existing production instance or a new Business Edition account.
• How do the feedback sessions work?
  • We’ll arrange recurring feedback calls at a time that works best for you. The first month’s $100 credit will be applied as soon as you join, and you can earn additional credits by participating in one feedback session per month.
• What if I don’t have a BE account, and don’t want to enter a credit card just to use the credits?
  • Using the credits is optional, but if you do want to use them, then it requires an active customer account and a business edition license. As long as you stay under the $100 credit each month, your card will not be charged. We can apply the discount before you check out so that the charge amount is $0 when you first sign up.
• Do I have to self-host the BE instance?
  • Yes, this early preview is only available on self-hosted instances.
